Responsible use
You may edit only images you have the right to change. You must comply with the laws, contracts, platform rules and disclosure requirements that apply.
Service quality
Access to the service is subject to availability. Processing may fail and can modify pixels or metadata. There is no guarantee concerning removal, detector outcomes, availability, fitness or exact preservation.
Image charges
The credit usage per completed image is 1 for paid uploads of 1–4 images, falling to 0.5 for eligible uploads of 5–20. Processing at 0.5 credit requires at least 5 successful, validated uploads with their credits reserved. An upload that misses this minimum is not processed and its reserved credits are freed; a new upload follows the terms applicable when submitted. Qualification fixes the credits per completed image despite any later failure or cancellation. Agreed credits apply to completed results including quality warnings; failures or cancellations before completion do not use credits. A result expires one hour after completion, and credits are not restored for deletion or expiry of completed results. Website users below 1 available credit may use their limited free quota, but API work requires credits and has no free quota. Credit amounts already saved for accepted uploads remain unchanged.
Payments and refunds
Your GeminiWatermarks.com processing balance is shown in image credits, and payments are in USD.
Select a pack or specify a payment amount within the displayed minimum and the payment provider's allowed range. There is no subscription, automatic refill or balance maximum imposed by the site. Credits purchased for processing images cannot be moved to another account or cashed out. Immediate and unlimited processing are not guaranteed by a credit purchase. Applicable tax is disclosed at checkout without becoming credit for processing. Billing or processing issues can be reported to support@geminiwatermarks.com for possible refunds, credit or other suitable compensation; refunds are not automatic. The original payment method receives approved refunds, including unused paid funds returned when the service closes. Refund completion may take longer due to your bank. Any applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
Funding bonus terms
A qualifying purchase, including a custom payment, keeps its displayed bonus and excludes tax when determining eligibility. Credits from a bonus remain usable after an offer, do not expire, carry no cash value and permit neither withdrawal nor transfer. Your purchased credits are used ahead of bonuses, starting with the oldest available bonus afterward. Proportional reversal of the original bonus accompanies approved refunds and payment disputes with cumulative payment-currency rounding, and any already-used reversed bonus lowers refundable paid funds. Restoration following a won dispute is limited to credits still due once other refunds are counted. No bonus is applied retroactively to earlier payments.
Feedback credit offer
Eligible accounts receive 6 extra credits with Standard or 15 with Maximum, totaling 61 or 155 at unchanged prices. Existing checkouts preserve the amount previously saved. This excludes custom amounts and Starter. There is one offer per email across all sites, valid on the issuing site for seven days from the first send attempt. A single checkout keeps it reserved until payment succeeds or closes unpaid. Unsubscribing does not cancel an issued offer, and no reply is necessary. Extra credits arrive on confirmed payment, subject to the preceding promotional refund rules.
Provider responsibilities
A processed or not-detected file must not be described as human-created just because a signal is missing. Infrastructure providers, OpenAI or Google can process data when the relevant feature is used, with separate terms applying.
Protection and contact
